Season's Greetings!

dreydel

Dear Friends,

Snow has started to fall in the mountains here - which means it's pouring buckets in Seattle - and seasonal music is playing on the radio and in the stores so that can only mean one thing - the holidays are here! Although they come at the same time every year somehow they always take me a bit by surprise. I'm looking forward to celebrating with my family and spending lots of time with my furry friends and indulging in a few holiday treats!

Many of you may remember that last year at this time Cathy and Steve Seiller, the founders of Bunny Bytes were eagerly awaiting the arrival of their first child. Well, Sophia Belle was born on November 12th last year and has grown into a beautiful, sweet, happy little girl, whom I'm enjoying spoiling, like any good "aunt" does! Sophia, Santa is coming soon!

As always, our thanks to all of you for your continued support and patronage. We hope you have enjoyed our new additions for 2004 and we look forward to providing more great products and personal service to you and your companions in the coming year.

Hoppy Holiday and best wishes for a Hoppy New Year,

Jennifer, Godfre, and Beth

In This Bulletin:

As always, we've included our popular holiday safety tips article. We know it may be something many of you have seen before but we feel you can never be too safe so we're providing it for the benefit of our new customers.

Our holiday products and new products pages feature an exciting and festive variety of cards, ornaments, treats, toys and lots of great gift ideas for you and your bunny.

There's also a new photo gallery with some of the many pictures you've sent us over the year. Thank you for your submissions - we have a great time looking at them!

Lastly, we want to spread the word and let you know about a great organization that was instrumental in helping the animal victims of Hurricane Katrina.

The devastation of Hurricane Katrina and Rita reminds us that keeping pets and their people together during emergencies and disasters should be a top priority. As you know, too many people in New Orleans remained in Katrina's dangerous path because officials wouldn't allow residents to bring their pets to shelters or on buses, and too many others had to leave their beloved pets behind.

Plans to protect pets during disasters are still inadequate. We need Congress to take immediate action and order the full support of federal responders and relief workers to save animals currently stranded by hurricanes. We also need Congress to make sure animals are never abandoned in another disaster, by passing the Pets Evacuation and Transportation Standards Act (PETS Act, H.R. 3858).
